As you approach along a half-mile, oak-lined avenue, a sense of timeless tranquillity begins to settle in. Gradually, the manor emerges, framed by majestic trees and the shimmering waters of its ancient moat. Crossing the footbridge to this secluded island, you're welcomed by peaceful, unspoiled surroundings where historical charm harmonises with the serenity of nature. Inside, the beautifully restored property offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with original features and period furnishings that create a cosy, family-friendly retreat full of character.

Bedrooms
Crow's Hall features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for all guests.
The top-floor apartment includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and a sitting room with two single sofa beds, along with a kitchenette and dining area, and a separate bathroom.
The remaining three bedrooms each offer comfortable king-size beds (one four-poster), with one featuring a super king bed. All rooms are uniquely furnished and provide picturesque views of the estate.
Bathrooms
Crow's Hall features three luxurious bathrooms plus two additional cloakrooms. Each bathroom combines historical charm with modern convenience, showcasing elegant fixtures, separate walk- in showers, and deep soaking tubs.
The bathrooms combine comfort with style, featuring quality finishes and thoughtful details that enhance your stay. Each space is equipped with toiletries and offers a calming ambiance, providing a relaxing environment where you can unwind and enjoy the understated elegance of Crow's Hall.
Living areas
The drawing room is a captivating space with original oak beams and a large open fireplace. Its spacious layout and comfortable seating create the perfect setting for evening gatherings or relaxing with a book by the fire.
The adjoining sitting room features a flat-screen TV, wood burner, and a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. With beautiful views of the gardens and moat, it offers a serene environment for relaxation.
For those needing a quiet workspace, the office is equipped with a desk, chairs, and printer/scanner, all while providing lovely views of the moat and fields beyond. It’s a peaceful retreat away from the main part of the house.
Kitchen & dining
The country-style kitchen is fully outfitted with essential conveniences, including a large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a complete range of cookware and utensils. The breakfast area serves as a welcoming space for more informal dining and seats up to 12.
The formal dining room seats up to 10 guests and showcases an antique dining table and cosy open fireplace, providing an ideal setting for hosting elegant dinners and celebrations while offering lovely views of the estate. The room also features a Bluthner grand piano, adding a touch of elegance and inviting musical moments.
Outdoor spaces
Relax in the serene gardens, thoughtfully designed by award-winning garden designer Xa Tollemache, or take a rowboat out on the picturesque moat. For a touch of activity, play badminton in the barn, or simply unwind in one of the peaceful seating areas scattered throughout the grounds.
The meticulously maintained gardens boast manicured lawns, vibrant flower beds, and a charming herb garden. Equestrian Facilities
Crow's Hall is a fantastic destination for equestrian enthusiasts, offering excellent facilities including stables (hay and bedding included), paddock, a 20m x 60m Equestrian Surfaces arena, grass gallop and Claydon horse exerciser. These are available upon request, subject to an additional charge. With its proximity to local horse events and beautiful countryside for riding, it’s the perfect base for both leisure riders and those attending competitions or shows.

Low season - £900 per night
High season - £1200 per night
Holidays - £1700 per night
Minimum stay - 2 nights
For every six nights booked, the seventh night is free of charge
Low season: 5th January to 30th April (excluding Easter) and 1st October to 20th December
High season: Easter, 1st May to 30th September and 20th December to 4th January
Holidays: Easter, Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays
