Here’s what to expect from
Event Co-ordination
Your special occasion is in capable hands, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all involved. We will liaise with your chosen suppliers (caterers, florists, etc) and unlike many venues we do not charge corkage fees - or impose curfews!
With over 12 years of experience coordinating weddings of diverse traditions and backgrounds, we specialise in seamlessly orchestrating a wide array of ceremonies, from those rooted in cultural richness to those embracing modern and inclusive celebrations.
Exclusive use (dry-hire)
Crow’s Hall offers the epitome of exclusivity, with each wedding package providing private use of the Hall and the designated areas of the estate. The spaces included in your chosen option become your own beautifully maintained setting to enjoy and personalise throughout your stay.
The Intimate Celebrations package includes exclusive access to the Hall and island gardens for a three-day hire period, with two nights’ accommodation in the Hall for up to ten guests. The Signature Celebration extends this to the Long Barn, offering a five-day hire period and three nights in the Hall.
For couples planning a larger or multi-day event, The Festival Experience provides full use of the Hall, island, Long Barn and the glamping meadow over a seven-day hire period. This includes five nights in the Hall and two nights’ use of the meadow with lighting and luxury facilities for guests.
Whichever package you choose, Crow’s Hall becomes an exceptional and character-filled setting to shape and enjoy as part of your celebration.
Seven-day venue access
Crow’s Hall distinguishes itself from many venues by offering generous hire periods designed to give you ample time for preparation, hosting and departure. Each package includes a dedicated number of days, providing space to settle in, style your event and enjoy the surroundings.
The Intimate Celebrations package includes three days, creating a relaxed and unhurried schedule. The Signature Celebration offers five days, giving additional flexibility for styling, rehearsals or time spent with family and friends.
The Festival Experience includes a full seven-day hire period, making it ideal for more complex or multi-day celebrations. This extended timeframe allows for large-scale setups, additional guest activities and a smooth take-down period without the pressure of tight turnarounds.
Post wedding take-down
Crow’s Hall offers an optional post-wedding take-down service for couples who would like support at the end of their celebration. This service can include coordinated clearance, removal of décor and the careful restoration of the estate areas used for your event.
Our team works alongside your suppliers to ensure everything is managed efficiently and with respect for the grounds. Choosing this option allows you to depart at a relaxed pace, knowing that the practicalities are being taken care of on your behalf.
Should you wish to include this service, it can be arranged in advance and tailored to the scale and style of your celebration.

Full use of the garden & grounds
The gardens and grounds at Crow’s Hall offer a picturesque and beautifully cultivated setting for celebrations of every scale. Designed by award-winning landscape architect Xa Tollemache, the island gardens feature mature borders, heritage roses and sweeping lawns surrounding the historic manor house.
Depending on your chosen package, you will have access to the island gardens, and for festival-style weddings, the glamping meadow. Each area has its own distinctive character, from intimate, secluded spots to expansive open spaces.
These versatile environments can accommodate outdoor ceremonies, receptions, marquees, lounges and lighting installations, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that reflects your style while enjoying panoramic countryside views.
